The Hub is the new proposal routing system that will be replacing Cayuse.

• Go Live: The Hub will go live on April 20.
• Training for the Hub is ramping up. Our trainers will be reaching out to their campus units in the coming weeks to schedule training. We will be offering:
  • Weekly trainer drop-in Q&A meetings every Friday
  • Hands-on training sessions in early April
  • Two training sessions, one virtual and one in person, the weeks of April 13 and 20
  • Weekly training support through the month of May

As we prepare to go live with the Beaver Research Hub (which won’t have system to system capability quite yet) OSRAA wanted to make sure you are aware that the resources we’ve prepared for Grants.gov Workspace and NIH ASSIST are now available on the Beaver Research Hub SharePoint/Training Portal.

• System to System Integration: While the Hub system will be live on April 20, the system-to-system integration (S2S), which is replacing Cayuse 424, will not be available at this time. More information about S2S resources and interim support will be on the Hub SharePoint site in the near future.
• Pause on Proposals: For proposals due after Friday, April 24, please hold off on routing them in Cayuse until the Hub is up and running. You cannot route proposals due after April 24 in the Cayuse system.
• Update email addresses: Please ensure your email address in all sponsor systems is your OSU email ([email protected]). This is very important as we prepare to go live with the Hub.
