This opportunity provides up to four years of support for doctoral students. In addition to providing a $40,000 annual stipend, the grant provides support for tuition, health insurance, and conference attendance. The grant also provides support for onsite research experiences at NASA Centers across the country, and recipients will collaborate with leading NASA experts in space technology to acquire a more detailed understanding of the potential end applications of their space technology efforts and directly disseminate their research results within the NASA community and beyond. Interested current and prospective doctoral and master's students should see the NSTGRO25 solicitation for full eligibility requirements. Please note that in most cases, proposals must be submitted directly by an accredited U.S. university. The proposal deadline is November 1, 2024 (3 p.m. Pacific).
