The annual Wiley Prize in Biomedical Sciences aims to recognize and foster ongoing excellence in scientific achievement and discovery, enable discovery in biological systems and processes, and honor breakthrough discoveries. The international award is presented annually and consists of a $50,000 prize and a luncheon in honor of the recipient(s).

More than one nomination can be made from the same organization, and up to three names are allowed to be nominated per discovery. Self-nominations are not allowed.
