The Oregon Health Authority has released an Addendum for their Catalyst Grants for the Rural Health Transformation Program, which allows OSU to submit additional applications:

• In the original guidelines, it was noted that "Each Proposer may only submit 1 Proposal for this RFGP subject to the following exception: a single Proposer that is a sub-organization within its organization may submit a separate Proposal for itself."
• The new Addendum defines sub-organizations as "a distinct division, branch, program, or affiliated entity within a larger organization that operates separately enough to prepare and submit its own proposal. For example, a sub-organization that is eligible to apply could be a school of medicine within a parent hospital or different locations of hospitals within a larger hospital system, as long as there is a substantial difference in location and/or sub-organization activities."
• We are interpreting this as limited at the college/unit/center level, as these would have separate leadership, distinct and clearly defined programs/activities, and operates separately enough to prepare and submit its own proposal.
