Workshop for the NSF GRFP

Workshop for the NSF GRFP

Applying to be a Graduate Research Fellow with the National Science Foundation can be a high stakes endeavor. The payout is big: a prestigious five-year fellowship with three years of financial support and an annual stipend, but the competition is also fierce. This workshop, presented by the Graduate Writing Center, will introduce you to the ins and outs of the application process. We will also share strategies for crafting your own compelling proposal. This is step one.

The Graduate Writing Center will be presenting a workshop series for graduate students on NSF GRFP proposals.Workshop 1: Overview and strategies for applying - Wed May 14, 2pm in Heckart Lodge 110; Workshop 2: Panel Q&A w/ previous/current recipients - Wed May 21, 2pm Heckart 110, Workshop 3: Application review and revision - TBD
