The 2024 Engagement Scholarship Consortium conference (October in Portland) is offering a fantastic pre-conference session called Emerging Engagement Scholars Workshop (EESW) for advanced doctoral students and early career faculty seeking to increase their knowledge and enhance their practice of community engaged scholarship. No one from OSU has submitted an application for EESW, and there are still about 6 spaces remaining. Please share this with your early career colleagues and/or PhD students if you think they have interest and would benefit from this opportunity. The submission portal will be left open for just a few more days. There is a $200 registration fee if accepted, but it is more than worth the price for the learning and networking experience.
